The Begining
The idea of a seasonal gift store began with mother-Sue Epp/daughter Cathy Hergenreder when they established themselves as a Country & Victorian Gift Store, hand making all their merchandise. Creating special orders by accommodating their customers with specific color coordinated florals and hand painted pieces proved to fill a niche.
.
Our Past
Memories also sold pieces on consignment from local crafters. As the business progressed, more retail space was needed, walls were knocked down, and Memories began to add a greater mix of merchandise from National Gift Markets. Also, Memories now has three full time employees and three part time employees. Annual Special Events such as Sidewalk Sale, Fall Ladies Night Out, & Holiday Open House have all become a must!

The Future
Marketing has taken drastic turns since 1986. Our website, www.memoriesinpratt.com, our Facebook page, emails, TV, radio & newsprint all play a part in reaching our customers. Throughout the years, colors have changed, fads have come and gone, but some things remain the same. Customers still come first and planning, buying, creating, displaying, laughing, caring and smiling are still extremely important at Memories.
